Our customers can demand their full money refund, if they are not satisfied with our company product or we fails to deliver the services in the manner and style as told by us at the time of sales, please inform or notify us via E-mail :

Within the first 30 days of your sales subscription or purchase, please let us know that you are not satisfied with our product or services and you wish to cancel your purchase. After the 30 days of subscription or purchase, no amount will be refunded in any conditions.

We will be providing a full refund of the subscription amount, excluding any setup fees (if applicable) and one time service fees if your issue is found to be solved.

Your E-mail notification for cancellation of services to us will only be entertained if it is sent through your registered E-mail ID as per Astrum Infotech company records. We also request our clients to please quote or notify the relevant service and product purchase information in your email for which the cancellation is required.

If your refund is due, customer will be informed by us through E-mail. To receive the refund in your account it may take up to 15 days after the cancellation of your subscription.
